Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information in the vast majority of destination countries where the tracking option is available from our carrier.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under CA$99 and/or on shipping upgrades.

CUSTOMS FEES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. R2D3 Productions is not responsible for these fees if they are required, it is the customer's responsibility to pay them.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at r2d3productions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
