DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we ship internationally, shipping rates and delivery time vary depending on the country of destination.

 

WHY DELIVERY TIME INDICATED FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CANANA AND UNITED-STATES IS 28-84 BUSINESS DAYS FOR STANDARD SHIPPING?

As the packages are transported by boat for international shipments (outside Canada and US), the delivery time is longer than by air. However, you have the option of choosing air transport by selecting the ''Express'' option.

 

WHY IS THERE NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR STANDARD SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CANADA AND UNITED-STATES?

As the packages are transported by boat for international shipments, tracking number is not available for this shipping method. However, tracking is available for transport by air if you select the ''Express'' shipping method. Tracking is always available for shipments to Canada and United-States.

 

WITH WHICH CARRIER DO YOU SHIP YOUR PACKAGES?

We ship with Canada Post postal service. For shipments to Canada, we use the Expedited Parcel™ service. For shipments to USA we use the Tracked Packet™ - USA service. For international shipments, we use the Small Packet™ - International Surface (28-84 business day shipping) for the standard shipping, and the Tracked Packet™ - International (10-14 business day shipping) for the Express shipping.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME OR IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please contact us via the contact form or by email at r2d3productions@gmail.com with your order number and we will try to find the best solution for you depending on the situation. Make sure the shipping address entered is complete and exact when ordering. If the shipping information was correct and the order has not arrived or arrived damaged, we will issue a full refund on your order.

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

If you want to order large quantities, please contact us for a quote. 

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR GAME DISPLAYS?

Please refer to the measurement table available in the presentation images for each game display.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DISPLAYS?

Yes we do, for a small additional design cost. If you would like us to add a logo or writing on an item, you can mention it in addition to the desired color in the appropriate field. For inquiries other than adding a logo or writing, please contact us by email at r2d3productions@gmail.com or via the contact form.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME OR HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED AFTER IT IS PLACED?

We are doing our best to make your items and prepare them for shipping in the best delays. You can expect to receive a shipping notification maximum 10 business days (two weeks) after the order was placed. Large orders may take a bit longer to make, we will keep you updated if we need a bit more time to complete your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at r2d3productions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
