DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we ship internationally, shipping rates and delivery time vary depending on the country of destination. The customer is responsible for paying customs fees for their country upon receipt of their packages(s) if applicable.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 1 week for production and preparation of your order before it is shipped. Once ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Delivery to Canada and United-States usually take 3-10 business days. International deliveries usually take 10-28 business days for the standard option, 7-14 business days for the Express option.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME OR IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please contact us via the contact form or by email at r2d3productions@gmail.com with your order number and we will try to find the best solution for you depending on the situation. Make sure the shipping address entered is complete and exact when ordering. If the shipping information was correct and the order has not arrived or arrived damaged, we will issue a full refund on your order.
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
If you want to order large quantities, please contact us for a quote.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR GAME DISPLAYS?
Please refer to the measurement table available in the presentation images for each game display.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DISPLAYS?
Yes we do, for a small additional design cost. If you would like us to add a logo or writing on an item, you can mention it in addition to the desired color in the appropriate field. For inquiries other than adding a logo or writing, please contact us by email at r2d3productions@gmail.com or via the contact form.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at r2d3productions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
